Bostons offers Mark Fistric (A-) l 1 Year l 0.650 M l a 8 year 20 millions dollar contract (2.5 annually)
Reasons: To join and in the near future lead the Boston Bruins Youth revolution.
-2.5 million is a strong offer of over 400 percent raise.

Bostons offers Rob Schremp (A-) ]C - 1 year 0.650 M** A 6 year 13.2 million dollar contract( 2.2 annual hit against the cap)
reasons: After years of playing in the minors it is time for Shremp to step it up, a 6 year contract will have him finish at 28 and with plenty of time to make the decisions regardding the rest of his career.
2.2 million is more than fair when you consider he may have trouble making the team

Both of these players are seeking 3 or 4 year deals.

Schremp is now a member of the St. Louis Blues. We will be making our own pitch on an extention later this year.
