Hockey Mags

I was browsin' around the internet, lookin for goalie stuff 'cause I'm a big goalie guy. Anyways, I came across this site called Goalies World. It's a magazine based just on goalies. I didn't even know there were hockey magazines let alone specifically for goalies. Which is great, 'cause goalies are pretty underrated if you ask me (in the broad spectrum of things anyway).

Does anyone know anything about this magazine or any others?
I'm thinkin' about gettin' it, but I'd like to know more about it before I subscribe.
If any of you know of this 'Goalies World,' I'd like to know from firsthand comments on the magazine.

No one I know even knew they existed, let alone the number of them that are out there, so it's not uncommon. Maybe it is in Vancouver and other places in canada maybe, but not any other place I know of.

Do tell what you know of them.

Personally I use THN (The Hockey News) it is a pretty good magazine but there are lots of others

i used to subscribe to goalies world, it's a pretty good magazine (since i'm a goalie as well)

it gives you a good in depth look at how goalies are playing, and the goalie styles of each tender in the NHL right now. it also gives you lots of previews on equipment used for goalies.

Definately a lifetime subscriber to The Hockey News (THN). I would recommend it to all hockey fans.

What does THN have in it?

it's basically the official NHL magazine. it has HNIC journalists/analyists that write some of the articles. it has many things suck as interviews, crosswords, but most importantly articles on everything current in the NHL. As soon as you get a few issues you'll see that its very organized and be addicted. It makes my day when i see it in the mail.
