SIM Timeline

The SIM timeline will be dependant on when/if the teams fill up.

Ideally, I will put the timeline into effect as soon as all teams are filled. This will ensure maximum participation and allows for more transactions.

Here is a tentative timeline:

Week 1, days 1-7 - All transactions opened, including Contract Extension, Trades, RFA Offer Sheets, and UFA Contract Offers
Week 2, days 1-7 - Transaction period continues
Week 3, days 1 - Roster finalization
Week 3, day 2-3 - SIM preparation
Week 3, day 4 - SIM first 20 games
Week 3, day 5 - Post first quarter standings/stats
Week 3, day 6-7 - First quarter trade and transaction period
Week 4, day 1 - Roster finalization
Week 4, day 2-3 - SIM preparation
Week 4, day 4 - SIM next 20 games
Week 4, day 5 - Post second quarter standings/stats
Week 4, day 6-7 - Second quarter trade and transaction period
Week 5, day 1 - Roster finalization
Week 5, day 2-3 - SIM preparation
Week 5, day 4 - SIM next 20 games
Week 5, day 5 - Post 3rd quarter standings/stats
Week 5, day 6-7 - Trade deadline
Week 6, day 1 - Roster finalization
Week 6, day 2-3 - SIM preparation
Week 6, day 4 - SIM final 22 games
Week 6, day 5 - Post regular season standings/stats
Week 6, day 6 - Playoff roster finalization
Week 6, day 7 - SIM preparation
Week 7, day 1 - SIM playoffs
Week 7, day 2 - Post playoff standings/stats

Upon completion of the first season we will determine the order for drafting and the off season.
